Hawzah News Agency- Speaking at the third international conference "Be'that of the Ummah of Muhammad (PBUH)," held Wednesday by the Global Qademoun Assembly, Bagheri stressed the need for Muslims to shoulder responsibility in the current circumstances, saying: "Accepting responsibility means being prepared for a great movement. God placed this responsibility on His prophets and sent them forth — a great responsibility and a great trust."
He added: "Today we stand at a historic turning point — a moment when every Muslim must fulfill their responsibility. A movement is taking shape, and every Muslim must answer its call and rise up for God: 'that you stand for God in pairs and individually.' On this path, every Muslim has a duty to rise, awaken, and be sent forth."
Referring to remarks by the martyred leader of the Ummah, Imam Khamenei, about the Iranian people, Bagheri said: "In his final speech, the martyred Imam said that if an incident befalls this country, God will send forth these people — meaning God has placed upon them the duty to rise against the enemies of God and defend His religion and their land."
Bagheri stressed: "This responsibility is not exclusive to the Iranian people — the entire Islamic Ummah is responsible. An Ummah with one enemy, one religion, one God, and one Qibla must rise to confront its enemy and the enemy of God."
Describing the "Ummah sent forth" as the "Ummah of responsibility," he said: "The Ummah sent forth is one that accepts the covenant and responsibility God has placed upon it. This Ummah does not fight for imaginary borders — it fights for the limits set by God."
The Global Qademoun Assembly chief continued: "In this framework, the Islamic Republic of Iran, in fulfilling this responsibility, has made no distinction between a Sunni Palestinian and a Shia Lebanese, nor between the Sunni Jihad and Hamas and the Shia Hezbollah — because the Islamic Republic views this as a divine responsibility."
Referring to Imam Khomeini's remarks on the nature of this struggle, Bagheri said: "Imam Khomeini said our war is a war of beliefs, and we are in this war until we can raise the banner of 'There is no god but Allah’ across the entire world. He also said that as long as disbelief exists, war exists, and so do we."
He added: "Imam Khomeini also spoke about the liberation of Palestine and stressed that this Ummah will rise for Palestine's liberation. The martyred leader of the Ummah, Imam Khamenei, continued this message, and after him, this path has been emphasized in the words and positions of the Leader of the Revolution."
Referring to the first message of the Supreme Leader after the martyrdom of Imam Khamenei, Bagheri said: "In his first message, the Supreme Leader cited the verse: 'Whatever verse We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring one better than it or like it.' God took our martyred Imam from us, but in return, He placed a people who are to stand against America through their awakening, their acceptance of responsibility, and their commitment."
Bagheri stressed: "But this awakening is not exclusive to the Iranian people — because the Israeli regime and America have not targeted the Islamic Republic alone; they have targeted Islam itself. Therefore, all Muslims must be sent forth to confront the Israeli regime and America."
He added: "It is not fair that we stand alone against the Israeli regime — a regime that has sharpened its sword against the entire Islamic Ummah. All Muslims must stand, all must rise, and this is the meaning of 'rising for God.'"
Referring to signs of awakening across Islamic countries, Bagheri said: "Today we see the people of Islamic countries and the resistance movements in Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Pakistan, Bahrain and Kuwait awakening and rising up."
He continued: "In some countries, people — even under governments that do not accompany them on this path — have risen and stood up. Even if imprisoned, they have risen to be sent forth against the Israeli regime. In the Emirates, too, some people have risen and been imprisoned."
Bagheri, referring to the formation of Islamic movements and the Islamic awakening, said: "Islamic movements and the Islamic awakening are taking shape, and people are moving toward liberation from the yoke of arrogance and rising forth."
In conclusion, he said: "We hope this awakening will happen soon, that the entire Islamic world will be sent forth, and that God will soon let all Muslims taste the sweetness of victory."
